Starbucks posted this door sign a few weeks ago. Before I entered the store for my weekly ritual of meeting my friend India for a Pumpkin Spiced Latte or Chai Tea Latte, I paused to think about just a few of the important rituals in my life. These rituals bring a sense of peacefullness in my otherwise hectic schedule. Here are just a few of the important rituals in my life:

1. Meeting India for coffee at least once a week
2. Beagle Bagel or Bon Ami lunches with the girls

3. A quick morning prayer to thank God for the gift of life
4. Sunday school fellowship time and lunch after church (can you tell I like food?!)
5. Monthly meetings of Book Club
